Laraib Haider is part of the Academic Support team at Alvis Pathway, where she contributes to academic operations, policy development, and institutional coordination. Laraib holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master of Management from the University of Calgary. She brings practical experience from the higher education sector, having worked in Human Resources at the University of Calgary, where she developed a strong foundation in academic administration, stakeholder engagement, and policy-driven workflows.

At Alvis Pathway, Laraib supports the development and standardisation of academic documents, internal marketing content, and operational procedures.
