ABOUT THE PARTNERSHIP

Termez University of Economics and Service

Termez University of Economics and Service (TUES) is a leading higher education institution situated in Termez – the southernmost city of Uzbekistan in the historic Surkhandarya region. As a forward-looking university committed to academic excellence and international cooperation, TUES offers students in southern Uzbekistan a world-class learning environment.

Through its partnership with Alvis Pathway – the Global Delivery Partner of NCUK – TUES now offers the NCUK International Foundation Year (IFY) programme on campus. This is a transformative opportunity for students in Termez and the wider Surkhandarya region to access internationally recognised UK-standard qualifications without leaving home.

The NCUK IFY is a one-year pathway programme specifically designed for international students who aspire to study at university in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, USA, or other top global destinations. Taught entirely in English by qualified, experienced faculty, the programme prepares students academically, linguistically, and culturally for degree-level study abroad.
Students benefit from the rigour of a British curriculum delivered in a familiar and supportive local campus environment – the best of both worlds.
